The hijiki shop in Ise, which has been in business for about 200 years, carefully selects high quality hijiki buds and processes them using traditional methods. The hijiki is in season from the time it is soaked in water, and can be served fresh.


〇Temperature range, storage method, and precautions
When you put it back in water, the water will temporarily turn brown, but this is the unique color of hijiki.
We do not use any food additives.

〇How to eat and how to use
[How to rehydrate hijiki seaweed]
1.  Soak in 10 times as much water as hijiki for 20 to 30 minutes. (If you are in a hurry, soak in hot water)
2.  When it returns sufficiently, stir well.
3.  Impurities such as sand accumulate on the bottom of the bowl, so pick it up from the top and transfer it to a colander.
4. As a colander, change the water 2-3 times and wash well.
5. Please drain the water well.
