In order to make a truly delicious Ponzu soy sauce, we are very particular about our ingredients. Domestic soy sauce from Saitama, organic yuzu juice from Kochi, hon mirin from Aichi, raw sugar from Tanegashima, miso from Yamagata, sun-dried salt from Mexico, thickly shaved bonito from Shizuoka, Hidaka Mitsuishi kelp, dried shiitake mushrooms from Oita, and Totsuka Brewery's heartfelt vinegar. "Delicious! This Ponzu soy sauce is made with "heart" and is made with the best intentions to bring smiles to people's faces.

Ingredients: soy sauce (including soybeans and wheat), rice vinegar, yuzu juice, mirin, sugar, miso, salt, dried bonito flakes, kombu seaweed, dried shiitake mushroom
Storage method: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
