Rice from Akita

Just as suggested, I love this rice to use with my sushi. I just follow my rice cooker instructions and comes out this perfect rice. It comes out perfectly sticky to roll into balls or pick up with chopsticks for my sushi or as a side bowl if I wanted to eat with my sashimi.
