United States精米歩合について
いつも美味しくいただいています。今回はコシヒカリを購入しましたが、精米しきれていない胚芽が残っていて口当たりが悪くなっていました。何度か購入させて頂いていますが胚芽がついていたのは今回が初めてでした。胚芽米を期待していたわけでは無いので、胚芽を残した精米の場合はそのように記載いただけると助かります。これからも美味しいお米を楽しみにしています。よろしくお願いします。

You can say I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to rice but I would say that once you get Japanese rice, Japanese milled options and service in Tokyo then it’s hard to give up and harder to forget. So finding the rice factory is like finding a treasure, it is delicious, perfectly packed like in Mitsukoshi in Ginza and it’s great selection. You cannot go wrong with Koshihikari but I hope they have Milky Queen selection sometime soon!
