The sardine fry used in this product are collected using a fishing method that mixes shrimp and crab.
I use this baked baby sardines for making onigiri. A bowl of Japanese rice, a spoon of sesame oil, and a little sea salt, mix them and loosely shape them into a ball!
These make a delicious snack!
