A mellow sweetness that goes well with curry!
We used seven kinds of ingredients (organic radish, organic eggplant, organic cucumber, organic ginger, sesame, dried shiitake mushrooms, kelp) such as organic vegetables cultivated by contract farmers in Japan. The vegetables were soaked in sea salt, and sesame, dried shiitake mushrooms, and kelp were added to the seasoning liquid made from delicious soy sauce, pure rice mirin, and umezu.
The sweetness is derived from pure rice mirin and does not contain sugar. It is not red because it is not colored, but please enjoy the co-starring of the seven ingredients named after the Seven Lucky Gods and the seasoning using sea salt.
The mellow and plump sweetness goes very well with curry rice.
