Setouchi natural red snapper chirashi sushi mix

Mix one bag of sushi vinegar containing ingredients with one cup of warm rice (about 200g) and topped with grilled sea bream fillet to make chirashi sushi of Setouchi sea bream.
Vinegar, a special sushi ingredient, is a vinegar with plenty of umami flavored with small fish from Setouchi. It is a traditional taste of Ehime prefecture. Please enjoy with grilled natural red snapper from the Seto Inland Sea.
For a nice day's dinner, you can also add chopped seaweed, spices, and more.
