REWARD GUIDELINES
For Reward products, you need to put the corresponding product in the cart and enter the Reward Code obtained on the checkout screen in the discount form.
** PLEASE NOTE **
- 1. Reward discounts must be purchased together with products of $50 or more.
- 2. Therefore, Reward discount only or Reward discount will not work if the total amount in the cart is less than $50.
- 3. Also, Reward discounts will not work if other discounted products are in the same cart.
- 4. When using a Reward discount, make sure there are no other discounted items in your cart.
- 5. Please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or Reward codes.
HOW TO GET REWARD PRODUCTS
STEP 1. FIND THE REWARDS BUTTON
When you are logged in, you will see a button labeled "Rewards" at the bottom left corner of the website. Click here.
STEP 2. REWARD POP UP DISPLAY
When you click the Rewards button, a reward-only POPUP will be displayed on the right side of the screen. Click the item of your choosing from the list of reward products. For this scenario, we will choose 'Specialty Seaweed'.
STEP 3. CLICK THE REDEEM BUTTON
When you click on the corresponding product, the Redeem button will be displayed, click the Redeem button.
*You can also check the number of points you currently have.
STEP 4. COPY THE REWARD CODE
When you click the Redeem button of the corresponding product, an 8-digit code will be displayed, please copy this code.
STEP 5. ADD REWARD PRODUCT TO CART
After copying the code, add the corresponding reward product to your cart.
*When using reward discounts, please make sure that the total amount of the cart, excluding reward products, is over $50. The reward discount will not work if the cart total is less than $50.
STEP 6. APPLYING THE REWARD CODE
Proceed to checkout, paste the reward code you copied earlier into the Discount Code input form, and click the Apply button.
*The reward code will not work if other discount products are in the same cart, please make sure there are no sale products in the cart before proceeding.
STEP 7. REWARD PRODUCTS ARE NOW FREE!
You should be able to see that the discount has been applied to the Reward product and that it is now Free. All that's left is to wait for the item to arrive as it will be shipped together with the other item(s) you ordered!
ADDITIONAL INFO
If you view the Reward POPUP while logged in, you will have access to the points your currently have as well as the link to this page.
Please use the reward launcher when you want to check the number of points you have or when you want to check how to use your Reward points again!
