Organically cultivated plums in Nara Yoshino and Higashi-Kishu are made into "Karikari" with salt that contains plenty of calcium in the seawater that is produced in the process of making the traditional sea salt. The plums were finely chopped and soaked in red plum vinegar.

食感がたまらない！

商品の説明写真通りで小さく刻んであり、使いやすい。お豆腐、肉、魚、サラダなどに入れたり付けたり。漬け汁も十分に入っているので、納豆に漬け汁ごと入れて醤油の代わりにして食べてます。
