🍘Since its founding in 1950, Sakurado has been dedicated to crafting authentic Japanese rice snacks (senbei/okaki) using only domestically grown rice. From carefully selected glutinous rice grown under contract in Niigata to other high-quality local ingredients, every step—from milling to seasoning to packaging—is carried out in-house at its own factory.
