This is fresh, organic, unstabilized rice bran. Because it has not been heat stabilized, it retains its natural oils and nutrients but has a shorter shelf life than stabilized rice bran. Store refrigerated or frozen to maintain freshness, and use promptly after opening. If consuming, roast or heat-treat before use according to your preferred method.

Our organic rice bran is a byproduct of milling our organic rice. Because it is produced only when we mill organic rice, availability may be limited. There may be times when it is temporarily out of stock due to limited organic rice inventory or lower demand for organic rice milling. We appreciate your understanding.
