New Function Announcements!
We are thrilled to announce the launch of some exciting new features on our website that will enhance your shopping experience and make managing your orders even easier. Our team has been hard at work to bring you these enhancements, and we're excited to introduce them to you today.
1. Restock Notice Lists: Never Miss Out on Your Favorites
*Please note that this function is only available for those who are members of the rice factory NY. If you register an incorrect email address, you will not receive this email.
We understand how frustrating it can be when you have your eye on a product that's out of stock. That's why we've introduced Restock Notice Lists exclusively for our account members. Now, you can save your favorite items to your Restock Notice List, and we'll notify you as soon as they're back in stock.
How to save items into the "Restock Notice" List:
Click on the "Restock Notice" button in our collections!
If you want to remove the item from the "Restock Notice", please click the same button where it says, "Remove From Restock Notice".
Click on the "Restock Notice" button in the product page!
2. How Do I get Notified?
When a product is back in stock, you'll receive an email from us letting you know that the product you've been waiting for is back in stock! Be on the lookout for an email like the one shown below!
3. How to Access the "Restock Notice" List?
Access the Restock Notice List through the Account page!
The "Restock Notice List" can also be accessed through the top menu by clicking on the heart icon!
4. Updated Account Page: A Fresh Look for Easy Management
We've revamped our account page to provide you with a more intuitive and streamlined experience. You'll notice a fresh new look that makes it easier than ever to manage your account details, view your order history, and access the Restock Notice List, mentioned above!
5. Order Cancellation: Flexibility When You Need It
We understand that plans can change, which is why we're introducing the ability to cancel orders directly from your account page. As an account member, you'll now have the option to cancel your entire order before it has shipped. Whether you've had a change of heart or simply need to adjust your order, our new Cancel Order button gives you the flexibility you need. Please note that individual item cancellations are not available at this time.
