A fragrant blend of pepper, yuzu, garlic, onion, chili, and aonori crafted especially for Ramen noodle.
Yawataya Isogoro’s Ramen Shichimi is a distinctive seven-spice blend created to complement the rich flavors of ramen.
Black and white pepper provide lively heat, while onion and garlic add savory depth. Fragrant yuzu and aonori bring a bright citrus aroma and a delicate ocean-inspired finish. The finely blended spices cling gently to both noodles and broth, enhancing their flavor with every bite.
