Natural Rock Seaweed

The soy sauce used is made from carefully selected Japanese-grown whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt. The only the finest ingredients are chosen, enhanced by the island’s rich soy sauce and hishio moromi (fermented soy mash). The result is a nostalgic yet deeply flavorful taste, born from the harmony of natural bounty and artisanal skill.
