Using the natural far-infrared effect to cook fluffy rice!


Kishu Bincho charcoal has countless amounts of invisible micro-holes that absorb water, chlorine, fishy smells, rice brans, and etc.

To use this charcoal, first wash off the ash on the surface with a scourer, boil, and dry in the sun.
After every use, it will need to be boiled and dried in the sun once a week.

Each charcoal can be used for 3 months if used daily!
After the 3 months, you can place it in the refrigerator to remove smells and moisture to have a cleaner refrigerator! 

We recommend 2 pieces (100g) for every 5 cups.
Warning: Bincho Charcoal will absorb detergent(soup), please do not use detergent on this charcoal.

Q. I received my order in a damaged condition. What should I do?
A. Please take a photo of the damaged condition and contact us.
It would be a shock to receive an item that is damaged. We are very careful with our packaging, but in rare circumstances, an item may be damaged. We will contact the shipping company based on the pictures we receive from the customer and send the new product again to the customer.

Rice

The rice reminds me of that I was eating in Japan. I’ve beefing living in the US for 10yrs but I never had like this rice. I was very happy!!

Good for water and rice

Binchotan is well-known in Japan. I have been using it since I lived in Japan. I always put it in my water pitcher. It mellows the water and makes the water taste very good. When I cook rice with it, it becomes softer and more delicious.
