About Delivery Charges
Delivery and handling charges for orders are as follows:
- NY, NJ, CT
- Purchases of $30.00 to $49.99: $7.00
- Purchases under $30.00: $12.00
- Free shipping on purchases of $50 or more
- Other states (we do not currently ship to AK or HI)
- Purchases of $50.00 to $69.99: $12.00
- Purchases under $50.00: $20.00
- Free shipping on purchases of $70 or more
- Signature request: +$5

Shipping Method and Delivery Status
All items will be delivered by UPS or USPS.
- Delivery status
Product delivery may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions on the day of delivery, or due to the shipping status of the shipping company.
Once the shipping process is completed, you will receive an email from the Rice Factory New York’s official online shop at <firstname.lastname@example.org> to the address you entered at the time of payment.
If you have any questions about delivery, please contact UPS or USPS directly after checking the invoice number on the email.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order from our warehouse as scheduled, we may put your order on hold or cancel your order.
In this case, the Rice Factory New York will contact you.
- Delivery Times
The delivery time will depend on the product and the time of the order.
In general, it takes 1-2 working days from the date of your order, plus the following days for each area.
- After the period of availability of goods by signature request:
If you are not at home, UPS and USPS will contact you by absence notice and you can request for re-delivery.
If you do not receive your order within the time period specified by UPS or USPS, your order will be automatically returned and the order will be canceled.
*If the delivery address is incorrect, the order will be returned as the address is unknown.
*We will not be able to reship the order.
If you continue to cancel your order, we may take steps to restrict your payment options.
Please ensure that you receive your order within the period.
- Deliveries outside the USA:
We do not offer delivery outside the USA.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to product availability.
If we are unable to deliver an item due to it being out of stock, we will contact you separately.
Please note that we may be able to offer you a refund in some cases.
Please note that delivery may be delayed during the New Year's holiday, Thanksgiving holiday, and inventory periods.
