[RECIPE] Chashu Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 3 cups Cooked Rice (Rice Options)
- 4 oz Chashu Pork
- 2 pcs Scallion
- 4 pcs Egg
- 1/2 tbsp Chuka Dashi powder
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients by cutting the Chashu Pork into small cubes and chopping the scallion.
- Beat the egg in a bowl
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add some sesame oil.
- Pour the beaten egg into the pan, making soft scramble eggs. Transfer the eggs to a palate and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the Chashu Pork, scallions, salt and pepper, then stir-fry them quickly.
- Add the cooked rice into the pan and stir it lightly.
- Return the scramble egg to the pan and add Chuka Dashi powder.
- Pour the soy sauce along the edge of the pan, stir the rice to incorporate all the flavors.
Chashu Pork Recipe: Pan grill the surface of pork belly (1lb) and transfer it to a pot. Add Sake (1/3cup), soy sauce (1/2 cup), sugar (1/3 cup), water (1 cup), sliced ginger, garlic and scallion. Simmer for 50-60 minutes with a drop-lid.
