[RECIPE] Chashu Fried Rice

      Instructions:

        1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting the Chashu Pork into small cubes and chopping the scallion. 
        2. Beat the egg in a bowl
        3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add some sesame oil.
        4. Pour the beaten egg into the pan, making soft scramble eggs. Transfer the eggs to a palate and set aside. 
        5. In the same pan, add the Chashu Pork, scallions, salt and pepper, then stir-fry them quickly. 
        6. Add the cooked rice into the pan and stir it lightly. 
        7. Return the scramble egg to the pan and add Chuka Dashi powder. 
        8. Pour the soy sauce along the edge of the pan, stir the rice to incorporate all the flavors. 

      Chashu Pork Recipe: Pan grill the surface of pork belly (1lb) and transfer it to a pot. Add Sake (1/3cup), soy sauce (1/2 cup), sugar (1/3 cup), water (1 cup), sliced ginger, garlic and scallion. Simmer for 50-60 minutes with a drop-lid.
