[RECIPE] Shrimp Doria
Doria is a Japanese-style gratin featuring a creamy bechamel sauce layered over rice. This baked rice dish, topped cheese, offers a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Transform your leftover rice into an easy and delicious dinner with this recipe.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Rice (Rice Options)
- 8 pcs Shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 2 pcs Bacon
- 1/4 pc Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 coup Milk
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the onion and cutting the bacon.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the bacon and onion.
- Once the onion is cooked through, add butter, shrimp, salt, and pepper, and cook.
- When the shrimp is cooked, add flour and stire quickly to incorporate it with the ingredients.
- Pour in the milk little by little while stirring, and make it into a thick and creamy sauce.
- Add ketchup and mix it into the sauce.
- In a gratin baking dish, add a scoop of the sauce and spread it onto the bottom. Layer the cooked rice over the sauce, and pour more sauce on top. Finally, top with some cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
