Considered the king of mochi rice, "Miyakogane" results in white and smooth features and is especially sticky and firm.
This is not sweet and requires to be cooked before consuming.

Baking is the most common method of cooking mochi, which can be easily done at home!
To bake, you can use a toaster oven, a gas stove grill, or a frying pan.

Made naturally, the mochi has a short expiration and we only ship mochi with an expiration date of more than 30 days.
