The sardines caught in the Kyushu San-in region are seasoned with only traditional soy sauce and crude sugar from Kikaijima, Kagoshima Prefecture, which has a good taste. No chemical seasonings are used.
It is stewed so that you can eat even the bones of the fish. You can enjoy it as a side dish or as a snack, but you can also use it deliciously in cooking ingredients such as pasta and salads.
