[RECIPE] Beef Pepper Rice
Beef Pepper Rice is a popular dish at a Japanese chain restaurant, Pepper Lunch, known for its sizzling hot plates filled with rice and steak. In just 20 minutes, you can recreate this delicious dish at home. This recipe is simple yet packed with flavor, making it perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Rice (Rice Options)
- 8 oz Beef steak (thin sliced if available)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Canned Corn
- 2 pcs Scallions
- 4 tbsp Yakiniku Sauce (Japanese BBQ Sauce)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Cooking Oil
Instructions:
- Chop the scallions, garlic, and drain the canned corn to prepare.
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan, add a small amount of cooking oil and garlic. Then add the beef to cook until it's browned. Drizzle half of the Yakiniku Sauce.
- Make a round shaped space in the center and move the beef to the outer edge of the pan.
- Add rice in a small bowl, and place the rice in the center.
- Add the drained canned corn, chopped scallions, and the rest of the Yakiniku Sauce.
- Place the butter on top of the rice. Finally sprinkle black pepper over the dish. Mix the rice well and serve.
