[RECIPE] Spam and Egg Onigirigazu
Onigirazu is a Japanese rice ball wrapped in seaweed, filled with various tasty ingredients. It is flattened into a square resembling a sandwich, making it the perfect lunch or snack. For this Onigirazu, we are using a savory filling of Spam and egg.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Rice (Rice Options)
- 2 pcs Nori Seaweed
- 2 pcs Egg
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 2 slices of Spam
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 2 pcs Lettuce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Make the egg omelette by beating the eggs with mirin. Heat a pan, pour the eggs, and roll to shape it into a rectangular omelette. Remove it from the pan, cut in half.
- Pan fry the spam on both sides. Add sugar, soy sauce, and mirin, and coat the spam with the sauce.
- Place a nori sheet on a plastic wrap with a corner facing you (diamond shape). Layer half a cup of rice in the middle of the sheet, shaping it into a 3x3 inch square. Place the lettuce, spam, spread mayonnaise, and egg on top, then cover with the remaining rice. Fold each corner of the nori towards the center, then wrap the Onigirgazu with the plastic wrap. Let is rest for 10 minutes. Cut in half when ready to serve.
