[RECIPE] Curry Fried Rice
This delightful rice dish is made by cooking carrot mixed rice, then combining stir-fried meat and vegetables in curry flavor. Making carrot rice brings some sweetness to the dish, which blends well with the spicy kick of the curry powder.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Chicken Thigh
- 1/4 pc Onion
- 4-5 pcs Mushroom
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Cooking Oil
- Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping carrot into small pieces, cutting the chicken into small bite sizes, slicing onion and mushrooms.
- Heat a pan, add butter and carrot, then stir-fry. Add some salt to taste.
- Add the uncooked rice into the pan, stir quickly, Then transfer it to a pot, or a rice cooker. Add water and cook the rice as you would do for white rice.
- While the rice is cooking, start stir-frying the chicken with some olive oil.
- Once it's halfway cooked, add onion and mushroom and cook through.
- Add curry powder to mix, then add Sake and soy sauce.
- Once the liquid is evaporated, add the cooked carrot rice into the pan and stir fry.
- Finish it with black pepper.
