[RECIPE] Tomato Risotto
This recipe is a delightful fusion of flavors that transforms leftover rice into a gourmet experience. The savory essence of bacon with the luscious tomato and creamy risotto, it creates a symphony of taste and texture.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Rice (rice selections)
- 2 pcs small Tomato
- 2 pcs Bacon
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 cup Water
- 1 pc Consomme Cube (chicken bouillon)
- 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Finely chop the onion. And dice the tomatoes and bacon into small pieces.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until it becomes crispy, remove it from the pan.
- Use the bacon grease, stir fry the onion until it becomes translucent.
- Add the cooked rice and tomatoes into the pan and stir quickly.
- Pour in the water, consommé cube and season with salt and pepper. Allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes until the rice absorbs the liquid.
- Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese.
- Plate it in a serving bowl, finish with more parmesan cheese and black pepper if desired.
