Categorized as salt but considered as pure umami. With such a premium taste, it's almost as though this can't be categorized as salt. Sprinkle this on any of your meals to enhance the flavor! Quantities are limited, so we apologize ahead of time if it is out of stock.

The flavor of natural dried shiitake mushrooms, kelp, and dried scallops is condensed to the utmost limit and added to this salt.
The flavor of this salt is about three times that of Roku-suke salt*.
You can get a good idea of its flavor by sampling a sprinkle on your tongue.
The salt content is low, and the taste is mild and gentle.
