This delicious handmade salt that is the talk of the town all over Japan is now available in limited quantities.

Categorized as salt but considered as pure umami. With such a premium taste, it's almost as though this can't be categorized as salt. Sprinkle this on any of your meals to enhance the flavor! Quantities are limited, so we apologize ahead of time if it is out of stock.

Roku-suke Shoyu Shio, which has the fragrant aroma of soy sauce, is silky smooth and granular so that you can enjoy it "as-is" sprinkled on top of your favorite meals. We recommend sprinkling it on sashimi and natto. It can also be used as a secret ingredient in omelets, Japanese style salads, fried rice, grilled dishes, and salad dressings. It can even be enjoyed as a snack with tea or sake.
As a granulated form of salt, it can be used directly in cooking.

【Raw materials】 Salt (manufactured in Japan), dried shiitake mushrooms, kelp, dried scallop soy sauce (including soybeans and flour)

Q. I received my order in a damaged condition. What should I do?
A. Please take a photo of the damaged condition and contact us.
It would be a shock to receive an item that is damaged. We are very careful with our packaging, but in rare circumstances, an item may be damaged. We will contact the shipping company based on the pictures we receive from the customer and send the new product again to the customer.

Our favorite

I like to steam green beans and toss with sesame oil and this dashi soy sauce salt. It works great on boiled eggs too. I like how it adds great soy sauce flavor without making the dish too watery.

Taste great, but was expiring

It was expiring within a week from delivery. It was on sale so it makes sense i guess, but didn’t expect something expiring that soon. Taste is great and i recommend it for any thing with subtle flavor of soy sauce.
