Just mix it with cooked rice! Ginger is finely chopped and finished with sweetness.
Sugar uses crude sugar from Kagoshima Prefecture, soy sauce, and salt uses mellow flavored sea salt to further enhance the taste of ginger.
You can easily enjoy full-fledged ginger rice that has a gentle and mellow taste and a tangy pungency.
It can be used not only for "Ginger rice" but also for cold spices, somen, condiments such as ochazuke, salads, toppings for meat and fish dishes, tea utensils and snacks.
We do not use chemical seasonings, preservatives, or fragrances.

It’s a bit too sweet for my taste but works very well with Japanese rice. I would suggest using less than the suggested amount for the ginger mixed rice as it is pretty sweet. I will use the rest for stir fry’s etc… probably adding soy sauce as well
