United StatesThis is my favorite rice I’ve tried yet, and I feel like I’ve tried enough varieties to consider myself experienced It has a very light taste and has a nice chew but is just a bit “harder” than other types of rice I’ve had. It stands out because it’s much more on the savory side than the sweet side- which I enjoy as someone who doesn’t like sweetness. I’d recommend keeping your rice in an airtight container in the fridge (trust me, makes a HUGE difference in flavor, regardless of variety). I usually use less water and soak for an hour in the fridge.
