Ayu fish, soy sauce (including wheat and soybeans), sugar, sake, mirin, ginger, caramel color (caramel color is an ingredient of soy sauce)
□How to eatz
Although ready to consume out the bag, we would recommend putting the tsukudani (while still in the packaging) in boiling water for 10 minutes.
