This soy sauce can be used for sashimi, stewed dishes, grilled dishes, and Western foods.

This kelp soy sauce has a delicious taste that was also presented and enjoyed by Shogun Tokugawa 300 years ago.

This is a tasty 12% salt soy sauce that uses delicious stock from Hokkaido's Kelp, bonito, and shiitake soup, without the use of chemical seasonings or synthetic preservatives.

You can use it for stewed dishes without having to add extra broth as it contains kelp, shiitake, and bonito. It can also be used for sashimi and sushi!
