This sauce has recived the Superior Taste Award at iTQi 2015, a food and beverage certification by chefs and sommeliers, also known as the "Michelin guide of food". The Superior Taste Award category is judged by top chefs and sommeliers belonging to the following 15 most prestigious chef associations and the International Sommelier Association (ASI) in Europe. This sauce received the Superior Taste Award from these prestigious organizations.
