This naturally brewed soy sauce made from moromi is fermented and matured for more than one year and a half during spring, summer, autumn and winter.

The dark soy sauce has a rich aroma that stimulates the appetite and has a particularly strong and delicious flavor that extends well.

It can be used as a versatile soy sauce not only for kake but also for stewed and grilled dishes.
When cooking with hear such as grilling and stir frying, the flavor is enhanced!

This is a pure soy sauce with no added preservatives or additives. 100% of the soybeans and wheat used are from Ehime Prefecture.
The salt is 100% from Naruto in Tokushima.
