Sourced from Japan's Seto Inland Sea region, this premium rice seasoning mix features tender baby sardines and minced ginger in a flavorful dashi broth. The authentic recipe combines freshly boiled baby sardines with premium dried sardines from the Seto region for a rich, traditional taste.

Simple Preparation

  1. Wash 2 cups of rice and place in your rice cooker
  2. Add water as you normally would for cooking rice
  3. Mix in the provided sauce
  4. Add all ingredients (baby sardine-ginger mix, Matsuyama age, carrots, and kombu seaweed) including the broth
  5. Cook in your rice cooker, remove the kombu seaweed, and gently mix
