This oyster sauce really enhances the flavor in dishes. I've used it with beef, pork, and chicken in stir-fries so far. I'll definitely buy it again!
As Clean and Tasty as You Can Get
This oyster sauce is as clean and natural as it can get (extract from Japanese oysters, water, salt... that's it!). Put it anywhere you need to add sweetness and unami (ramen, smear onto salmon, even in sloppy joes!)l
Great option for those with soy allergies
Again this is another great quality product. my partner is allergic to soy and this does not have any!

This is the only oyster sauce I have ever found in US that are made of clean ingredients. Slightly watery consistency compared with other options in the market which I do not mind at all since I'd rather use this product vs others with additives to make the sauce thicker. You need only a small amount to give a satisfying taste.
