[RECIPE] Omurice
Omurice is a western-style Japanese dish consisting of an egg omelet and ketchup flavored fried rice. The rice is cooked with flavorful and colorful vegetables and seasoned with a tasty sauce. The eggs are soft and fluffy, wrapping the rice. It’s a warm and comforting dish popular among children to adults alike.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rice
- 200 ml water
- 4 Eggs
[Fried Rice]
- 1/8 pcs Onion
- 1/2 pcs Small Carrot
- 2-3 pcs Ham
- 2 tbsp Canned Corn
- 2 tbsp Green Peas
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Worcester Sauce (Soken Semi-thick Type)
- Salt and Pepper

- Ketchup
- Parsley
Instructions:
- Cook the rice by rinsing the rice and adding water. Cook it in a rice cooker or pot.
- Prepare the ingredients for the fried rice by chopping onion, cutting the carrot and ham into small pieces.
- In a pan, stir-fry the onion with butter, and add the carrot, ham, corn, and green peas to cook.
- Add the cooked rice into the pan, then add Worchester sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper. Stir the rice until the sauce is mixed, then set the rice aside.
- Heat a clean pan with some cooking oil.
- Keep it on a low heat, add beaten eggs (2 pcs) to the pan, and spread the egg mixture in the pan.
- Add the fried rice in the center leaving enough spaces around the edges.
- Pull one side of the egg sheet and cover the rice half way.
- Move the egg and rice towards one side of the pan, prepare a plate to catch the Omurice.
- Slowly move the egg and rice towards the plate, using the inside edge of the pan to roll the other side of egg sheet while placing it on the plate.
- Top with a tablespoon of ketchup and chopped parsley.
