Good but probably go back to white rice

I tried 70% milling rate with Tsuyahime this time. It's healthier but when rice itself is good, I should indulge myself and just go for white rice. Also, the package arrived broken. I contacted Rice Factory to let them know but no response. Hmmm. I didn't ask for refund or anything but I expected to hear from them in one way or other.
