Most rice is milled and packed after harvest, then exported. However, once rice is milled, its quality and flavor gradually decline over time.

At the rice factory, we receive carefully grown rice directly from producers across Japan and export it as unmilled brown rice in refrigerated containers to maintain optimal conditions.
Once it arrives, it is stored in local temperature-controlled facilities.
Each order is milled in our own facility just before shipping—ensuring the highest level of freshness and quality when it reaches you.
